Here is one of my favorite vegetarian recipe. Let’s call it Broccoli Burgers or patties – whatever you prefer :)
You will need: 2-3
2-3 broccoli
3 eggs
200 gr Parmesan cheese
200 gr bread crumbs
2 tbs sour cream
salt & pepper
Method:
- Dice broccoli into about 1 cm size pieces
2. Grind parmesan cheese
3. Mix everything together and add bread crumbs
4. Add salt and pepper
5. Form oval or round burgers
6. Place into the preheated oven and bake in the oven at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes.
