Broccoli patties – easy & delicious vegetarian recipe

Here is one of my favorite vegetarian recipe. Let’s call it Broccoli Burgers or patties – whatever you prefer 🙂

You will need: 2-3

2-3 broccoli

3 eggs

200 gr Parmesan cheese

200 gr bread crumbs

2 tbs sour cream

salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Dice broccoli into about 1 cm size pieces

2. Grind parmesan cheese

3. Mix everything together and add bread crumbs

4. Add salt and pepper

5. Form oval or round burgers

6. Place into the pre-heated oven and bake in the oven at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes.
