The summer is extended in Perth and this week is expected to be a very warm one. Plus 23 sounds encouraging for winter, isn’t it? Use this opportunity to explore more of outdoor places and cool spots in Perth. Today I will take you to Emerson Bar in the city, where you can have a refreshing Frose with some nice food.
I have tried prawns in coconut milk sauce, and it was delightful, and the food taste exceeded my expectations.
They serve coffee at this bar, which made me happy, as far usually it is not that easy to find coffee at the bars in Australia.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the interior design is very cool! There are 3 levels and few different bars and zones. While moving from one level to another you’ve got a feeling you went to another venue, so it does not get boring at one place.
A little open rooftop terrace is lovely. It is great to enjoy a glass of wine up there and to take some great city view pics. There are not that many seats there, so make sure to come up early to get a comfy spot! Cocktails were average to me, and I would prefer ordering Champaign or wine next time if I’ll get a chance to come back here.
Overall, Emerson Bar is a cool venue to visit and to have a Frose or campaign with some food, having a late coffee and to seeing something different. They organise various performances, quiz nights and other events – check their Facebook Page for more info.
