I am currently doing my masters degree in marketing at UTS (University of Technology Sydney).
Today I will get back to my outfit posts and show you what I wore to uni last semester. 2 Spring outfits and some uni shots. We have a fantastic new place to study at. Uni is growing and opening doors of brand new and very cool buildings. Only a year ago they have opened a coolest building in Sydney (seriously), that you definitely have to see if you never been there before. Let’s have a look at my uni and I’ll show you 2 options of outfits that are comfortable and suitable for uni and you’ll tell me which one do you prefer.
I know that some people who never been to uni before or coming from overseas to study in Sydney (there are many international students) are wondering what people are wearing to uni.
As far as I am doing a business school, dress code is supposed to be smart, and office-like look. Many students are working full time at the office and coming to the evening classes wearing office attire.
I wear a very smart look when we have a presentation it is a must. Any other days it is recommended but not compulsory. it is more casual, but it is better to wear something smart.
As it is not suitable walk around in a bikini during the winter and fur coat to the beach, or bathrobe to the opera house, the is something that you probably should not wear to uni. Better not wearing outfits kind of pajamas and thongs, gym wear or very short skirts/shirts are not the best choice (many people do that, though). Of course, you need to wear something to feel comfortable in it, at the same time the outfits should be suitable for the situation and environment.
Option 1 – black casual shorts and a white t shirt with embedded black details on the shoulder. Beige jacket. To finish the look and make it less official I added the leopard printed slip-ons.

It is also a simple look of black and white, where the leather look studded skirt and black and white jacket are making the look more relaxed and different. Flat black simple canvas shoes.
Comfortable and kind of smart, but relaxed and different.
Inspired by a tree houses architecture. Designed by Gehry Partners to create collaborative and creative environment. It reminds me somehow a dancing building in Prague, which impressed me a lot, but this one even more incredible. And I am lucky to study here. Can you believe it is real? More about the building.
( In this look I am wearing TopTen skirt, Zara shirt, HM shoes, Motel jacket).
